Amit Goyal is a second-generation tax advocate, continuing a legal legacy that spans over half a century. As the head of a chamber established more than 50 years ago by his late father Mr. Vishnu Agarwal, a distinguished senior advocate in direct taxes, Amit Goyal combines a rich heritage of legal acumen with a modern, multidisciplinary approach to practice.

Amit Goyal officially joined the legal profession after being enrolled with the UP Bar Council in 2003. He took stewardship of the family's esteemed Agra-based practice in 2007, building upon its strong foundations. His own professional journey of over two decades has been marked by a deep specialization in Direct Taxation, earning a reputation for meticulous advisory and successful representation in complex litigation.

With a unique academic background combining a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and an LL.B. (Hons.), Amit Goyal brings a rigorous, analytical perspective to every case. Recognizing the paradigm shift in India's financial laws, he is also actively engaged in the field of Goods and Services Tax (GST), guiding businesses through the intricacies of compliance, audits, and litigation since its inception.
